The coffee was better once. Cover with whipped cream that the coffee has no cream, I find weak.
High quality, nice service, nice Ambiente, quite expensive
Aida is Aida. A concept copied a dozen times. Friendly staff.
Today 14.5. 2019 At 15.05 I entered the restaurant. The restaurant is very busy. I take a place not cleared window seat. Now, ed 15:21 is still not noticed, although I am sitting opposite the cafe machine. The somewhat fat waitress with short hair and glasses, has already passed me a few times. I tried to place my order at 15:20 by phone, but nobody answered the phone. Thank god I have an ice cream cafe with smoke and I drink it in public. Also Wurscht, I'm not noticed by anyone. Now it's 3:30 pm and I'm leaving the impossible restaurant. Never again AIDA
I know only by passing go
Nice branch, very friendly service
Nice service and very good pastry
Fresh pastries great service
Nice coffee and large selection of pastry.Good and friendly staff specially Martina.Be back again soon.
Will be closed soon because of wealth. At the very least, employees do not show the slightest sign of profit accounting by selling at the counter. Like a punch krapferl: pink on the outside, brown on the inside.
Not even worth a star. Normal tea for 4.10 euros. An impudence!!!
Waitress was very rude. For coffee and cake you pay 9 €. At least that was the case with Sacher a couple of years ago, but if it's all over now, you can do Starbucks as well. The only positive thing is the coffee and cake were good
Quite a selection of sweets, not bad coffee, cheerful staff
A specialist on mini-invasive procedures for spinal pain.
Very bad coffee.
I was served by a young man who was sympathetic and great. Great praise!
Good quality, high average price but standard Vienna, they do not speak almost English. A waitress very nice but not the other one.
Moderately friendly staff. The ordered ice cream looked completely different than on the map (no decorations, heaps of whipped cream). The whipped cream was very funny and had a strong stomachache in the evening. The same with my mother, who was there.
It's even poor for Aida. Staff not very polite.
The cake is delicious, the coffee is very good. No wish remains unfulfilled on the part of culinary pampering. Delicious cakes, tarts, coffee and hot chocolate. The waitresses are friendly. The cakes deserve 5 stars.Unfortunately, the toilet is not clean. The light in dark yellow takes some getting used to. The chairs are mostly made of plastic. That lowers the atmosphere. In contrast, the fixed benches are inviting. There are also window seats.
It really waits forever for someone to finally come to take the order. I waited 9 minutes and then went personally to the counter. For the fact that the cafe is completely overpriced, the long wait is really an absolute no go. And that was not the first time I had this experience in this Aida ..
Super but could be cheaper
Nice because in beautiful surroundings, sandbox for the little ones but nothing special otherwise
The place is rather small. It feels pretty old. The cakes are not always fresh, so be careful on what you buy.
We've had the aida torte and Moroccan torte, both taste delicious!!!! We were very well treated by both ladies. Amazing experience, I'll be surely coming back very soon :)
Have very long to wait for my coffee today, very unfriendly and overstrained staff (manager itself !!!). Melange costs € 3.90, I will avoid this branch in the future !!! It really does not feel welcome as a guest!
1090 wien have been a long-time AIDA customer. (certainly 30 years) Today I come to the Spitalgasse branch after the counter staff have been talking in the Eastern Block language for a long time. Finally you come to me and I place my order after an unnecessary wait. They are brought to me quickly in the best quality and now it comes: Please eat and drink them quickly, we will lock at 5 p.m. I came to the branch at around 4.47 p.m. Nowhere a notice board that is now closed at 5pm. I am angry saying to the force they should have told me beforehand. Answer: I don't always look at the watch. Second force very nice drink and eat in peace she did not tell you before ordering that we are now closing at 5pm in the Covit 19 time. Now another customer less for this chain
Best hazelnut cake!
Stay away from this Aida branch !!!Got a big Gugelhupf today and opened it at home. The Gugelhupf has already been moldy inside. When the telephone demand I was told that the Gugelhupf "not so old" would be. Whatever I may imagine.
Traditional Viennese coffee house. A bit oldschool, but enjoyable.
Coffee tastes particularly good with the Aida. The pastries are small and fine! Very friendly staff.
Coffee and cake super delicious. Staff friendly, but inattentive. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about.
A wonderful piece of Mozart cake for 3.90 € to take away. It was extremely safe and lovingly packed and could also be paid by card. The selection of pie pieces was great. Very good and recommended!
Exquisite taste of coffee, the place very well preserved and clean. The bread I ate very rich and the jam very handmade. I liked the sandwiches they prepare and the touch of the water next to your cup of cappuccino coffee
Slow and loud.
Very poor service. Quality food/price... Tschüss!
Expensive but wonderfull food
Pies and cakes very good. Strategically well located, is ideal for a short break.
Rude and ignorant service. Waitress just couldn't care. Got the wrong cakes and just didn't care. Cakes and coffee are nice but the worst service I've experienced in years!
Unfortunately, the waitress was a bit rude and the wait quite a long time. The two hot chocolates (4.90 Euro) were served lukewarm and the water glasses were dirty.
There was a time when we were there once a week. As soon as we had taken our seats, the right coffees were already in front of us. Unfortunately our visits will be very rare due to a move - we will miss it 😢
Classic AIDA branch in the tried and tested design, large fresh range of goods, friendly staff, good price / performance ratio, gladly again.
Against the past, the branch looks tidier and fresher again. Coffee is not for everyone due to the roast that is typical of Aida. The pastries are generally good, but were a lot bigger in the past. Most of the staff make an effort and are polite. But coffee and cake are usually better, cheaper and more modern these days.
Perfect for ice cream and coffee, clean and good service.
Impolite vienniese lady serving (not a surprise...) I get there 5mn before they close and while I'm looking the sweets, she's just removing them from the counter, nor caring for a second if i wanted to buy something.
Very good cakes / cakes 👍
Conveniently located at the street corner, Aida is a coffee shops that serves mostly locals(I feel). I like that the staff is all dressed in a light pink uniform. Kinda old school vibe. The coffee is decent. The waiter spoke enough English to fill my order. There's an De/En menu that explains the history of this establishment.
Amazing place. Worth visiting highly recommend.
Worst coffe I ever had in Vienna! Unfortunately, also the cakes and sweets are not tasty, only sugar...
Rude staff
